July 2015. The restaurant was the subject of an episode of Kitchen Nightmares, and marked the first time host Gordon Ramsay gave up on trying to save a restaurant featured on the show. The episode became a viral sensation due to Amy and Samy's antics, which included stealing tips from their waitresses and their paranoid attitude towards reviewers on social media such as Facebook and Yelp.
