VSCO stands for "Visual Supply Company," the company that developed the app. Originally named VSCO Cam, the app was launched in 2012 and rose in popularity in 2019 due to the rise of the VSCO girl subculture.

Where does the name Adidas come from?

The footwear company Adidas is named after its founder, Adolf "Adi" Dassler. Prior to the creation of Adidas, Dassler and his older brother Rudolf founded the Dassler Brothers Shoe Factory in 1924. After a falling out between the two brothers in 1947, Rudolf left to create a new company named Ruda, similarly named after himself, which was later renamed to Puma. Despite popular belief, Adidas does not stand for "All Day I Dream About Sports."

What does the G stand for in G League?

The G in NBA's G League stands for Gatorade, which became the league's title sponsor starting in the 2017–18 season. Prior to the sponsorship, the league was known as the NBA Development League (NBA D-League) from 2005 to 2017, and the National Basketball Development League (NBDL) from 2001 to 2005.
